Can SPD be considered a special health or medical condition?

I have recently started working at a daycare, and I'm trying to get my son, who was diagnosed with SPD 18 months ago, enrolled.

In the paperwork it says to list any allergies, special health, or medical conditions. Then on the next page it says list any additional information that would be useful for staff to know.

I'm not sure whether to list it as a medical condition, or just in the additional info.

Unfortunately SPD is not an official diagnosed disorder and is not recognized as such in the DSM-5. It sucks but it is what it is right now, and hopefully they will make it a valid disorder in the future.
