I've had this, but I haven't seen it in everyone I've ment who has SPD. I think it depends on the case. Should probably be told to the OT, but in the long run, if it doesn't bother you, I haven't let mine.

I think that not to feel emotions, depends also on the age of the child; and if it is linked to other disorders, should be reported to the pediatrician.
