Frequent urination

My 10 year old son has been having problems with his urine. He urinates every other couple of minutes and often with excruciating pain? We have contacted many different doctors but we have hit a dead end as all the standard medical test show that he is normal. Other doctors tell its because our son is autistic? Can someone help. My son has been suffering from this condition (polyuria) for over three years now. Please help
