Gagging when touching certain things in a one year old

My one year old grandson will gag and be sick when touching a certain ball, and now every week there seems to be something else that makes him sick when touching or eating.
The list so far is strawberries, raspberries, ham, hard boiled eggs, soft rubber balls potatoes and bananas!! I have never seen this in a baby before and it seems to be getting worse . Who do we talk to about his behaviour? I am in the U.K.
