Help new SPD mom
Hi. I self diagnosed myself with SPD years ago, my daughter now has an official dx.
What have parents done to cope with dx? My husband is trying to learn but having a hard time understanding SPD.
I am an elem. school teacher as well so now feel ALWAYS at work with trying to stay on my game for me, my daughter and my students. Feeling really overwhelmed. . . .
