do you have any groups offered by your OT's office? or have you tried searching for highly sensitive or spd on meetup.com? it sounds like you need a mom's support group (they are AMAZING...i went to my first one a few weeks ago and i am HOOKED!) and i have seen they offer classes for children to help them learn to socialize with others. you are not alone, many parents and children understand your struggles. at the very least there are groups on babycenter.com and here that allow you to validate your feelings to make you feel less lonely. good luck!
