I have a 3 year old child who is constantly putting his tongue to his palate - right behind his teeth - to provide himself with stimulation - I guess. Does anyone have any ideas about how to reduce this behaviour? He also does this stimming behaviour in his throat, that has gotten worse- specifically when he's eating.
