Medical alert band for SPD
My son is 9 and newly diagnosed with SPD. This year he's off to day camp away from us. I asked his Therpist if a medical ID band would be a good idea. She said absolutely, especially if he shuts down and can't communicate with others.
I just wanted your input and also what would "info to know" would go on the bracelet? Do Camp counsels know what SPD is? Thanks.
