My 3 year old son

My 3 year old son fits into many of these categories... He is constantly moving, very loud, mouths things, slobbers (often), he is very rough, has difficulty sleeping, has trouble with his appetite, he likes to rub my hand on his face, and the list goes on and on... I would like to have him evaluated for SPD.
