My son spits in the class room

My 6 years old son, spits in the class and plays with it. he does it only in the class and outside but not at home. he has the habit of putting nose stuff to the mouth. he chews his school tag, paper, everything. he reads, writes and talks properly. getting complains from school teachers about his behaviour. his iron level is normal. how to find out what is the problem with my son
