OCD, Fibromyalgia, or SPD?

I have people/ Drs. telling me I have OCD, Fibromyalgia, and SPD. I do not know which I have. Are these disorders that commonly overlap? Does anyone else have this situation?

I have all 3 disorders. I only recently found out about SPD and have realized it intertwines with the OCD. I think it gives me a little insight that I am not crazy and its not just OCD to blame for everything. There are actual triggers with SPD and once you know them it becomes easier to manage and thus helps the OCD and fibro. I think knowing the disorder is helpful in that you have an explanation into why you do these things. Fibro is worsening faster then it should due to the OCD.

I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and have struggled with OCD since childhood. I just found out about SPD yesterday it seems that it is a pretty pervasive condition for me. I've seen preliminary studies on SPD and Fibromyalgia and they appear to be related. I'm wondering if my OCD formed as a result of SPD (I've also had these symptoms all my life).

Hopefully more research will be done to discover the relationship between these disorders.
