Peeing in the house

Long story short, My 5 1/2 year old son peed on my tile & carpet yesterday. He's been potty trained for 2 1/2 years now and has never had even a accident. He has been recently diagnosed with SPD and Aspergers. This is the first time this has happened and his reaction to me and his response was so bizarre. Is this something that kids like my son do? If so why?

The very same day I found a mess of toilet paper ripped up all over the bathroom floor and I asked him why he did it and he said because I thought it was fun. He's never before done these things. Any advice and info would be great. I didn't really know how to respond to the peeing incident because I know he has these issues, but its still not ok to pee on the floor or objects in your home. What would be a way to respond to this behavior appropriately because of the issues he has?
Thank you
