People who say the SAME things, ALL THE TIME

I live in a block of flats (or, apartments).
Above me, are some people (who, I assume live together) who do the above-mentioned. They say things like 'SHUT UP,' 'OH MY GOD' and 'BLOODY HELL.' They have been doing this, since, mid-June (EVERY DAY AND NIGHT!). Do they have 'SPD?'
