I'm glad this "thing" has a name. I hated not being able to get my body to do what I wanted it to do. I can't tell right from left. I stumble and fall quite often and as I get older, hurt myself.
I can't ever mirror an instructor in an exercise class I go to reach for my drink and will more than likely knock it over. I constantly drop things. Walk into things. Bang into things. Always have a big bruise somewhere. Can't stand on one foot.
Yoga helps. Also I am going to start Balance Therapy in Physical Therapy. But I knew this about myself always and was am embarrassed about my klutziness. I feel better that it's not my fault.
