Sensitivity to Soap and Bubbles

Our son has a rare chromosome disorder. He has developmental delay (about the mental age of a 5-6 year old, although he is 13).

He has a real aversion to soap suds or anything slimy which makes hand washing and showering a real issue. Hand sanitisers make him scream. he says foam and bubbles 'give him a headache'.
He also has issues with some food textures.

His other problem is to compute or express pain. He cannot verbalise it or understand what is causing it. If he is in pain he simply gets angry and lashes out. But will deny that anything is hurting him.

Would you have any advice?
