Sibling issues.

I have three children. My youngest who is 8 has Sensory Processing disorder diagnosed at 4. She gets very overwhelmed easily and has a phobia of germs. My other kids think its funny to aggravate her and watch her scream by blowing on her or just doing little things that set her off. How do I explain SPD to them and do it in a way that they will understand?
