Social, Emotional, Play and Self-Regulation Dysfunction

Hello,
I just started exploring SPD and I really thing that my almost 3yo son may have it and that is the root of his behavior and language problems. I did the checklist and check almost every box under the "social, emotional, play and self-regulation" heading. What does this mean. is this a different type of SPD? Please help. I just want my boy to be happy! We have so many screaming fits and tantrums everyday!
