SPD?

My 2 year old grandson refuses to wear short sleeves & shorts, no matter how hot it is. He even gets upset if we cuff the sleeve. He wears a winter type hat 24/7. He doesn't like his head touched (he has quite the head of hair since birth) the first 3 haircuts went okay but the last 3 you would think we were hurting him because he acted like he was in pain.
