Special needs child with SPD

Drew gets multiple services for his needs and we have wonderful support, but we need help with his current problems and can't seem to find it..He is inconsolable for a week at a time with about two week break in between. He stems and moves his head back and forth and whines for hours on end, actually all day and has trouble sleeping..He seems in distress and its heart breaking to watch for days..Please let us know if anyone has ever seen or dealt with this and has any answers...Dr's have checked and can't find anything physical wrong with him..He is Diagnosed with CP and Autism...
