Touching paper for a long time similar to hearing styrofoam rub

by Brad

I was cleaning out a lot of old file cabinets and running all the papers into a shredder, one or two pieces at a time. After about an hour I felt pain in my fingertips and my teeth and got a sick shiver. This is how I react to the sound of pieces of Styrofoam rubbing together. It lasted to some degree, for the next 8 hours. Yuck. I am 60 years old and have never had any problem touching anything before. I knew some sounds could affect you this way, but not touching something. I want this to go away! !
