Wet Hands

I've heard that wet hands and feet correspond with this disorder too. I'm 11 and all my life I've panicked if my hands and feet are dry, they HAVE to be wet. As a result, I cannot wear flip-flops, sandals, just socks or being completely barefooted. I have a water spray bottle at home but I can't take it to school or anywhere else, I just can't overcome this at all. My mum believes in me but I just can't!
