Worse?

So, Im in high school and dealing with pretty bad SPD. I went to therapy for it when I was younger. But stopped about 3 years ago, and I think its getting worse. I used to be able to go to school and last the entire day. Now I have to put cotton in my ears to help with sounds, and the lights are to bright and flicker. Ive talked to teachers and there helping a bit, like I can sit in the back a bit away from others and the lights. but its still really really hard to concentrate. I think its gotten worse cause ive stopped eating normal, and I don't sleep much. my mom doesn't seem to notice or care. and any advice would be LOVED, anything to help me get threw the last of high school.

I am also a high schooler with SPD. It’s mostly auditory for me, but also lighting. I hope your situation gets better. What do you mean by your eating changes? It might be because of a lack of food or healthy food that makes you more susceptible to sensory overload. As for it getting worse, my auditory sensitivity got worse once I got to high school. I wear ear defenders and take breaks if I have to.
