Grandmother

My grandson is a positive, happy, delightful 3 year old. But, he has a strong gag reflex. When visiting the zoo and feeding a giraffe, he started t o gag when he saw the animal's tongue. He starts to gag when he watches me brush my teeth a spit. He gags when he sees his sister being fed baby food from a jar.

This past week, he gagged and threw up after getting food 'stuck' on the roof of his mouth and would not swallow until someone removed the food with their fingers, then he was fine. How do we help him through this?
