My 15 month old licks everything

I think my 15 month old has SPD. She licks everything. Floors, walls, etc. She will just stop what she is doing and start licking everything.
When I tell her no or give her something she can have she gets upset and starts to lick something else. She doesn't talk much but whines alot throughout the day.
What can I do to stop her from this?
