Does this sound like SPD

My 3year old son is always touching his hair he as since he was 1 half, he never keeps still always jumping on things and cant sit down for more than 10 mins and he's of again. He's always screams and shouts or saying he hates use. He always tells use to be quite if were speaking loud or got music on. He always attacking family members. Takes his clothes of as soon as were in doors or round and family or friends houses.
