Help

I am contacting you since i do not know where to start. My 20 year old step-daughter has never been diagnosed with SPD, but she has severe sensory (touch) issues and her anxiety paralyzes her many days. She is freshman in college and it is extremely difficult. She is "white knuckling" every day, but once a week or so everything falls apart.

I am desperate to help her, but do not know where to start. As said has she never been diagnosed but she has seen a lot of doctors over the years and gotten a lot of medicine. but nothing seems to work.

Any direction would be highly appreciated.

The poor girl. No one should have to be like that, especially when she should be enjoying life. Get her to an Occupational Therapist first for a diagnosis and treatment.
