What worked for my daughter. NEW
by: Anonymous

I think that just reading a lot with them, for them and definitely listening to classical music. My daughter has Asperger with sensory issues, but her spelling and control of spoken English is 12th grade level and she's only in 8th grade. I did talk to her always like she was an adult and we listened to classical music.
READ
MUSIC(sing to them)
TALK TO BABY/CHILD
ENCOURAGE COMMUNICATION
PRAISE FOR EVERYTHING
PLAY
WALK THEM OUTSIDE AND EXPLAIN EVERYTHING(they listen even if they are quiet, they will show later that they paid attention).
Many other things that I don't know...
