SSRI and SPD

Hi there, My 11 year old with high functioning autism, OCD, SPD and ADHD has been put on fluoxetine and at first it was amazing.
Prior to it refused to wear clothes that were appropriate because they 'hurt her', she wore a large pajama everyday. Prior.
Now it's coming back and we want to increase dose from 10 mg to 14 mg or maybe even 20 mg. she is 11 and weight 65 pounds, would appreciate your experiences!
